Rumbeams Cottage, is set in Ewhurst Green, at the edge of the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.  Backed by fields and with lovely places to walk, Rumbeams Cottage is situated at the edge of the pretty village of Ewhurst, next to the cricket green.  We have a large garden, plenty of off-road parking and are happy to welcome dogs.  Heathrow and Gatwick are both within easy access, and transport can be arranged.

 The en-suite accommodation is very well appointed and extremely comfortable, with a king sized bed and luxurious bathroom, a good supply of books, television, wi-fi and well stocked hospitality tray. We offer special mid-week rates and early breakfasts are happily catered for.  Fresh eggs from our bantams, bacon and sausages from the local farm, home made preserves......

Spend the weekend walking or cycling around the beautiful countryside of the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.  There is so much to see and do:  wonderful views, extremely good village pubs, stately homes, shopping in Cranleigh, Newlands Corner, Watts Gallery at Compton, – to name but a little of what there is on offer!

If you are planning to walk on the North or South Downs Way, why not let us pick you up at the end of your day’s walk and return you to the same spot in the morning so that you can continue on your way. We have lots of information on local walks, both long and short and, where they are not in the village of Ewhurst, are happy to take you to the beginning of the walk and pick you up from the end.
