- Family owned and run, bright, spacious well equipped family holiday
apartments. Ideally situated close to Preston Sands and all facilities,
but in lovely quiet residential corner.
There is a car park and garden to the
rear of the house, and each apartment has its own designated parking
space. For the little ones there is a small play house, climbing frame
and slide or you can sit and relax in the hammock swing. A large gas
BBq is available by prior arrangement. We are a non smoking
establishment, but have a designated smoking area in the front garden,
with seating facilities.
In the heart of South Devon's English
Riviera, we are just one road back from the sea front at Preston Sands,
which is a lovely, gently shelving, sandy family beach, where pretty
beach huts line the promenade. There is a great variety of family
eateries, restaurants and pubs to suit all tastes within a 2 to 10
minute walk away, and a wide range of activities for families.
Surfing, wind and kite surfing all take
place regularly throughout the year from Preston Sands. Walking,
fishing, golfing, boating, canoeing, scuba diving, paragliding, hang
gliding, cycling are some of the many activities that are available
locally. On the SW coast path, we are an ideal base for all of
Dartmoor, Devon and Cornwall. The
local airports are just 25 miles away at Exeter and Plymouth, both bus
and train stations are available in Paignton
