The Struan Inn is a rare Scottish gem, a charming, authentically traditional and rustic Highland village inn-style hotel. Built around 1863 when the main Edinburgh to Glasgow Railway line was constructed, for the Struan Railway Station Master's home. Today it has been carefully and tastefully been converted to an Inn, with a lot of charm

The scottish owner has a wealth of knowledge based on over 20 years visiting the area and 3 years running Struan Inn. In the modern age there are too few properties and experiences of this distinctive charm and ambience, even in Scotland

If you are looking for a Highland retreat Struan Inn is wonderful place to visit at all times of year, with many activities available to people of all ages. From numerous walking trails of varied degrees of difficulty available within the area, to excellent fishing opportunities, to more adventurous days out there is something for everyone. There are many golf courses are available in the area, and there are a good selection of shops in the surrounding towns and villages
