Helsey House Cottages are perfectly placed to explore the rural coast of Lincolnshire and the Wolds.  Situated within the private grounds of Helsey House in the hamlet of Helsey near Hogsthorpe we offer two cottages converted from the orginal cattle stalls. Both are single storey and on one level with no steps and have been furnished to the highest standard whilst maintaining original features and character of the buildings. There is ample parking in the grounds. The owners live on site so are available for help and advice. We also offer Free wi-fi access.

We especially welcome families with special needs. We are parents of two autistic boys and have experienced interesting and challenging holidays in the past as a family. These experiences prompted us to set up our own holiday cottages within the private grounds of our home as we understand the stresses of planning a family holiday with children with special needs. Because of this, we will always try to do whatever you need to make your stay with us as relaxed and stress free as possible so if you have any special requirements please do ring us for a chat

 Hogsthorpe, the nearest village [5 minutes by car, 20 minute walking] has two pubs, one serving food, also there a restaurant open during the season. In the village is the Church and a Post Office/General Store. A Farm Shop provides excellent locally produced meat at reasonable prices.

Bill and Val would like to welcome you to Grange Farm and offer three self catering holiday cottages which have been sympathetically converted from a former barn. They are brick built with exposed beams and brickwork, and the old original upper floor supports are still in place resting on the stone padstones. They are graded as three star by the English Tourist Board.

The caravan site is licensed as a Caravan Club Certificated Location, catering for five touring vans. All of our hard standings have electric hook up to 16 amp. There is also a grassed area for anyone preferring to be on grass

Our Beechwood Cottage has achieved NAS Level 1 mobility.

Grange Farm is surrounded by beautiful countryside: woods, valleys, streams and rivers, with dry valleys cut out by the glacial melt waters which formed the landscapes we see today. Over the ridge and the Bluestone Heath Road are rolling acres of arable land producing much of our country's cereals and fresh produce.
