Kervanalé is
an old thatched cottage, semi-detached, facing the sea and totally
renovated. The house next door belongs to the same owners (terraces
separated by a high wall). There is a large terrace and a lawn, with an
extended view on the ocean, from the Belon river and Ile de Groix, up to
Iles de Glenan and Raguenes.
The large garden of 4000 m² gives a direct access to the seashore and to
the coastal path leading to the Rospico beach, just 400 m away. The Aven
river, the Port Manech beach and harbour, and the large Raguenes beach
are just 3 km; the village of Nevez is 5 km (for shopping).
Ground
floor : Living room with original open fireplace, one sleeping room
for 2 (with electric heating), kitchen, toilet, small dressing room,
shower, wood/coal stove and electric heating
French TV, dishwashing machine, washing machine, microwave oven.
First floor : 4 small bedrooms each with 2 beds (3 facing the
ocean), one toilet, one bathroom with bath, electric heating (not in the
bedrooms).
