is situated in the hamlet of Middlemarsh, near Sherborne, in the
heart of rural Dorset’s glorious unspoilt countryside. We have four
tastefully converted, cosy self-catering barn conversion cottages
and a large luxurious farmhouse
annexe
set in 2 acres of gardens, a large duck pond and paddock.
Miles
of unspoilt countryside surround us, offering fishing, walking,
golf, cycling and many other outdoor activities.
Golf – some 10 courses within 30 minutes drive – nearest 4 miles.
Fishing – plenty of fishing opportunities nearby - some 3 fishing
lake complexes within 3 miles.
Walking - you can enjoy many delightful walks in the surrounding
area for which we have a good library of walking books and maps.
Pets welcome (up to 2 no extra charge).
Within easy reach of Cerne Abbas, the ancient abbey town of
Sherborne and the historic market town of Dorchester. Also within
easy travelling distance to many lovely coastal attractions
including Lulworth Cove, Weymouth and Lyme Regis.
Many good local inns nearby, one within 100 yards.
